PawShots is a private photo journal for your pets and memories. These terms explain the simple responsibilities that come with using the app.
Your journal
PawShots stores everything on your device. You are responsible for your own backups — for example, the photos you take in PawShots are saved to your camera roll automatically. If you delete the app without backing up, your journal entries cannot be recovered.
Subscriptions
PawShots offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Any free trial period converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
Acceptable use
Use PawShots to journal your own pets and memories. Don't use it for anything unlawful.
No warranty
PawShots is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep your data safe on your device, but we are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, app deletion, or operating system issues.
Apple's standard terms
Your use of PawShots is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
